What Our Support Includes
Money Management
We help residents understand benefit payments, plan essential spending and manage everyday costs more confidently. This practical support is designed to reduce financial pressure, improve budgeting skills and lower the risk of money problems affecting their accommodation or wider stability.
Benefits & Services
We help residents access relevant benefits, local services and specialist organisations where needed. This may include support with forms, appointments and understanding available options, helping each person connect with services that can support their housing, health and wider wellbeing.
We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and able to move forward at their own pace. Alongside well managed supported accommodation, we provide practical guidance that helps residents settle in, build confidence, manage everyday responsibilities and work towards greater stability and independence.
Daily Routines
We support residents to build manageable routines around appointments, household tasks, personal responsibilities and important paperwork. Creating more structure in everyday life can improve confidence, support wellbeing and make independent living feel more organised and achievable.
Wellbeing Support
Regular contact and wellbeing checks help residents feel listened to, supported and more settled in their accommodation. They also allow our team to identify concerns early, offer practical guidance and encourage positive progress in a safe and respectful way.
Maintaining a Home
Residents receive guidance on keeping their accommodation clean, safe and comfortable. We also help them understand their responsibilities, report maintenance concerns promptly and develop the practical habits needed to look after their home and sustain a stable placement.
Independence Skills
We support residents to build practical skills, confidence and stronger decision making in everyday life. Our approach focuses on the areas each person needs most, helping them become more independent and work towards greater stability and longer term housing goals.
Support That Fits The Person
Everyone’s circumstances are different, so our support is shaped around the individual rather than delivered as a fixed package. We take time to understand each resident’s strengths, challenges, goals and current level of independence.
Support can be adjusted as needs change, helping residents build confidence, maintain their accommodation and make progress at a pace that feels realistic and manageable.

The Right Level of Support
Our supported accommodation is designed for adults with low to medium support needs who can live with a degree of independence. We provide practical guidance, regular contact and a safe place to live, helping residents manage everyday responsibilities and maintain their accommodation.
Our service is not a residential care home, emergency medical service or replacement for specialist clinical care. Before offering a placement, we assess each person’s needs carefully to make sure our accommodation and support model is safe, suitable and appropriate.

Our support process is designed to be clear, welcoming and easy to understand. From the first referral through to moving in and receiving ongoing support, we take time to understand each person’s needs and explain what happens at every stage.
Step 1: Referral and Assessment
The process begins with a self referral or professional referral. We review the person’s housing situation, support needs, known risks and current circumstances to understand whether our supported accommodation and level of support may be suitable.
How Support Begins in Three Simple Steps
Step 2: Placement and Planning
Where the referral is accepted and suitable accommodation is available, we arrange the placement and agree the main areas where support may be helpful. This creates a clear plan based on the person’s needs, goals and independence.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Once the resident has moved in, our team provides regular contact and practical support to help them settle, maintain their accommodation and manage everyday responsibilities. Support can be reviewed and adjusted as their needs change over time.
